The Results of The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2010 ),  an all-India examination administered and conducted in eight zones across the country by the GATE Committee comprising faculty from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and seven Indian Institutes of Technology on behalf of the National Coordinating Board – GATE, Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India has been declared.

GATE 2010 score is valid for TWO YEARS from the date of announcement of the GATE 2010 results

The GATE results will be made available to interested organizations (educational institutions, R & D laboratories, industries, etc.) in India and abroad based on written request by the organization and on payment. Details can be obtained from GATE Chairmen of IITs/IISc.

Results of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHTCET)-2009 for medical, engineering and pharmacy degree courses will be declared on June 14 (Sunday).

The results will be declared on websites of both DMER (www.dmer.org) and DTE (www.dte.org.in) at 10 am on June 14, although it is Sunday, said an Offical. Students can get written marklists the next day, he added.

Over 2.48 lakh students from across Mahrashtra had appeared for CET on May 12. Out of them, 1.25 lakh students opted for both Maths and Biology subjects along with compulsory Physics and Chemistry. PCM group was opted by 95,000 students while 28,000 preferred to appear for PCB exam.

Results of the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (CET) 2009 for professional courses will be declared as per the schedule on May 25, without waiting for the announcement of CBSE class 12 exam results.

Students who wrote CBSE class 12 exams this year are yet to get their results, even one month after the exams getting over. According to CBSE regional office in Chennai, results are expected in June first week. However, in Karnataka the results of CET for professional courses are scheduled to be announced on May 25.

At least 10 lakh students will appear in AIEEE-2009 exam on April 26 (today) throughout the country and the AIEEE 2009 Solutions and Answer Keys from top AIEEE Coaching Institutes like FIITJEE, Brilliant Tutorials, TIME, Resonance & Narayana should be available on their respective websites by today evening

Important information on GATE Results

1. GATE 2009 results will be announced on March 15, 2009 at 10:00 hrs. at GATE offices and on the websites of IISc and seven IITs.

2. GATE 2009 score is valid for ONE YEAR ONLY from the date of announcement of the GATE 2009 results.(Earlier the results were valid for 2 years)

3. The GATE scores to both qualified and non-qualified candidates will be provided on the GATE websites.

4. The GATE results of the qualified candidates may be made available to interested organizations (educational institutions, R & D laboratories, industries, etc.) in India and abroad based on written request by the organization and on payment. Details can be obtained from GATE Chairmen of IITs/IISc.

5. The evaluation of the ORS is carried out by a computerized process using scanning machines, with utmost care.

Requests for revaluation of the answer script and re-totaling of marks will not be entertained.
